ATTENDEE REGISTRATION

The Symposium sessions will take place 13-14 May at the Hampton Roads Convention Center. The sessions will feature government speakers discussing current initiatives and emerging challenges in the field of health and fitness in relation to the Army.

The registration fee will cover the cost of attending the symposium, light refreshments, access to the exhibit hall, symposium materials, and event promotional materials.

There will be no on-site registration for this symposium. All participants must register by 7 May 2026.

Payments and Cancellations

All registrants are required to provide a credit card at the time of registration. Credit cards will not be charged until 28 April. Registrants must pay in advance or on-site to receive a badge. Receipts will be emailed after the event.

Dress Code

Uniform Guidelines for the Symposium

Current orders prohibit Soldiers from wearing uniforms outside of federal installations. Therefore, standard attire for all military personnel at the symposium is Business Casual.

The personnel categorized below are authorized to wear the ACU on-site at the HRCC:

  • Keynote and guest speakers
  • Soldiers in the H2F Directorate at Fort Eustis, VA (FEVA)
  • Soldiers presenting during their breakout session
  • Awardees when receiving their award

 All Service Members wearing uniform to the H2F Symposium (Guest speakers, H2F Directorate staff) are authorized to travel to & from the venue in uniform. The dress code for all other attendees, to include military attendees, is civilian business casual (open collar shirt, blouse, dress slacks/skirt).
