The registration fee will cover the cost of attending the sessions, access to the exhibit hall, conference materials, and professional event planning services. All credit card payments will be processed beginning Monday, August 11, 2025.

Passing Clearances
In addition to registering, if you DO NOT have an IC Badge and plan on attending the classified sessions in person, you need to pass your clearance to NGA Washington.
