Please provide the names of your exhibitor representatives by Monday, March 16 to ensure their name badges are ready for the event.Â
 Exhibitor Portal
Update your exhibitor profile to include your company description, representatives, key technologies, and contact details. This information will be used to populate your online exhibitor listing as well as the printed program guide.
Once you are logged in, you will see the option to manage different events that your company has registered to attend. Because each event contains its own specific fields, the information will not copy over from one event to the next and you will need to edit each of the events individually.
GETTING THERE
 Installation Access
To gain access to Fort Huachuca you must go into the Van Deman Gate Visitor Control Center (VCC) to obtain a pass. All visitors must present a REAL ID Act-Compliant valid driver’s license or government-issued photo identification to initiate the background check. State your purpose for visit as Tech Summit at the Murr Community Center. Upon successful completion of the background check, you will be issued a pass. It is strongly encouraged to get your pass the day before the event to avoid event morning delays.
Individuals with a common access card (CAC), military ID, military family member ID, Gold Star/Survivor Access ID, or other valid Department of Defense (DoD) credential, are permitted access to Fort Huachuca with those credentials and do not need to visit the VCC.
Non-U.S. citizens cannot participate in the Tech Summit, as they must be escorted at all times while on the installation by someone with a DoD ID, and neither the event host nor NCSI can provide such escort.

  From the Van Deman Gate to the Murr Community Center
- Enter Fort Huachuca through the Van Deman Gate
- Continue straight on Hatfield Street for 2 miles
- Turn right onto Winans Ave
- Make 2nd right on Coronado Avenue
- The Murr Community Center is on the right
