REGISTER TO EXHIBIT
You must be a registered exhibitor to participate in this event.
SUBMIT SECURITY
Security information is needed for each exhibitor rep in order to gain base access. You may register up to three (3) representatives per table. Deadline: Friday, October 2.
- NCSI cannot guarantee installation access if required security information is not submitted on time.
- The installation reserves the right to deny access to any event participant.
- If you are not a U.S. Citizen please contact NCSI.
- Please ensure you have a federally compliant REAL ID.
WI-FI
Wi-Fi service is not guaranteed by the venue, exhibitors are encouraged to provide your own Wi-Fi if needed for your display.

EXHIBITOR PORTAL
Update your exhibitor profile to include your company description, representatives, key technologies, and contact details. This information will be used to populate your online exhibitor listing as well as the printed program guide.
Once you are logged in, you will see the option to manage different events that your company has registered to attend. Because each event contains its own specific fields, the information will not copy over from one event to the next and you will need to edit each of the events individually.
SHIPPING
Please do not ship packages to this space as they are unable to accept them. We recommend shipping to your hotel instead.

BASE ACCESS
Enter through the Watson Gate/Gate 3 and inform the guard that you are on the Tech Expo Base Access List (BAL). You must present a REAL ID–compliant driver’s license or other valid photo ID. If your ID is not REAL ID compliant, you will need to present a valid passport.
DIRECTIONS FROM THE GATE
- Continue on Watson Blvd, Watson becomes Peacekeeper Way
- Turn right on Robins Pkwy, keep straight
- Turn left on Ninth St, keep straight
- In about 0.4mi, Heritage Club and parking lot is on your right
