Register to Exhibit
You must be a registered exhibitor to participate in this event.

Submit Security
Security information is needed for each exhibitor representative in order to gain installation access. You may submit up to three representatives. This information is also used to create your exhibitor name badge. Security Deadline: Monday, May 5. 

  • NCSI cannot guarantee installation access if an exhibiting company fails to submit completed security information on time for its representatives.
  • This installation has the right to deny access to an event participant for any reason.
  • If you are not a U.S. Citizen please contact NCSI.
  • Please ensure you have a federally compliant REAL ID.

Log into the Exhibitor Portal
Update your exhibitor profile with your company description, representatives, key technologies, and contact details for both the online listing and printed program guide. Each event has unique fields, so information won’t transfer between events. Log in to manage and edit each event separately.

   Speaking Opportunities

Tech Talks at the Ramstein AB Tech Expo

USAFE and AFCEA are excited to host Tech Talks during the upcoming Tech Expo at the Ramstein Officers’ Club. These sessions will run concurrently with the exhibits, taking place in a dedicated side room.

Each speaker will be allotted a total of 20 minutes. Presentations should be educational in nature, with a focus on cybersecurity and artificial intelligence (AI). Attendees will have the opportunity to earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for their participation.

Please note: To be eligible as a speaker, you must be a registered exhibitor or a government/military attendee.

Submissions are due by Tuesday, June 10th.

   Driving Directions

Must get your pass from the Visitor Center. The VC is now located at the ROBMC Visitor Center Gate Bldg. 800 and is open 7-days a week from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. You can pick up your pass the night before and are encouraged to do so.

From the Main Gate to the Officers' Club

  • Proceed to the gate and show the guards your visitor’s pass and photo ID
  • After entering the gate, continue on the road as it winds around
  • At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Kisling Memorial Drive
  • At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on Kisling Memorial Drive
  • At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Lincoln Boulevard
  • Turn right onto Adams Street
  • Turn right and the Officers’ Club will be on the left
