Register to Exhibit

You must be a registered exhibitor to participate in this event.

Submit Security

Security information is needed for each exhibitor representative in order to gain installation access. You may submit up to three representatives. This information is also used to create your exhibitor name badge. Security Deadline: Monday, May 5.

NCSI cannot guarantee installation access if an exhibiting company fails to submit completed security information on time for its representatives.
This installation has the right to deny access to an event participant for any reason.
If you are not a U.S. Citizen please contact NCSI.
Please ensure you have a federally compliant REAL ID.

Additional Documents for U.S. Citizens: NEW this year for USAG Stuttgart only

In accordance with Army in Europe and Africa Regulation 190-16, all exhibitors requesting to be a part of the 2025 Patch Barracks Tech Expo must obtain and submit a background check. To get a background check, contact your local law enforcement agency such as the police department, sheriff's department, and/or state police. Tell the agency's staff that you want a background check. Please reference the following memo for additional information: Background Check Memo.

Log into the Exhibitor Portal

Update your exhibitor profile with your company description, representatives, key technologies, and contact details for both the online listing and printed program guide. Each event has unique fields, so information won’t transfer between events. Log in to manage and edit each event separately.

Joint Capability Gap Brief

EUCOM and AFRICOM will be providing a joint capability gap brief at the SECRET level outlining technology requirements to close operational gaps. Attendees must possess a SECRET level clearance to attend. All exhibitors are encouraged to attend. Must be a U.S. citizen.

From the Main Gate to the Patch Fitness Center
Exhibitors entering the installation by use of the access roster must use lane #1 (far left lane) at the Main Gate. Show the gate guard your identification and let them know your name is on the Tech Expo Access Roster.

Once you are through the gate, the road splits in three directions, take the middle road (which is slightly to the right)
Follow this road as it turns right
Take the 2nd left at 52d Signal Battalion headquarters
Go straight, turn right down the Einbahnstraße (one way street)
The Fitness Center is on the right
