  Submit Security

Security information is needed for each exhibitor representative in order to gain installation access. You may submit up to three representatives per table. This information is due no later than Friday 5 June.

  • You may register up to three (3) representatives per table.
  • NCSI cannot guarantee installation access if an exhibiting company fails to submit completed security information on time for its representatives.
  • This installation has the right to deny access to an event participant for any reason.
  • If you are not a U.S. Citizen please contact NCSI.
  • Please ensure you have a federally compliant REAL ID.

2:00 PM – 5:00 PM Joint Capability Gap Brief
EUCOM and AFRICOM will present a SECRET level briefing outlining technology requirements to address operational gaps. Attendance requires a SECRET level clearance.


  Exhibitor Portal

Update your exhibitor profile to include your company description, representatives, key technologies, and contact details. This information will be used to populate your online exhibitor listing as well as the printed program guide.

Once you are logged in, you will see the option to manage different events that your company has registered to attend. Because each event contains its own specific fields, the information will not copy over from one event to the next and you will need to edit each of the events individually.

GETTING THERE

  Rideshare Services

Exhibitors must have their own personal or rental vehicle to enter the installation or can make arrangements to ride with other participating exhibitors. Do not plan to utilize rideshare services to enter the installation as rideshare drivers are not approved for access.

Directions From the Main Gate

  • Once through the gate, continue to follow the road as it wraps around
  • Take a left right before the building that says “Personnel Processing Center”
  • Take the next left at the flag poles
  • Turn right onto Oakstrasse
  • Turn right onto Ashtrasse
  • Turn left onto the first street on the left
  • Kelley Fitness Center is on the left

  • The road splits into three directions, take a left
  • Follow the road to the next corner and keep going straight up the hill
