You must be a registered exhibitor to participate in this event.
 Submit Security
Security information is needed for each exhibitor representative in order to gain installation access. You may submit up to three representatives per table. This information is due no later than Friday, January 9.
- You may register up to three (3) representatives per table.Â
- NCSI cannot guarantee installation access if an exhibiting company fails to submit completed security information on time for its representatives.
- This installation has the right to deny access to an event participant for any reason.
- If you are not a U.S. Citizen please contact NCSI.
- Please ensure you have a federally compliant REAL ID.
Additional Documents for U.S. Citizens:
In accordance with Army in Europe and Africa Regulation 190-16, all exhibitors requesting to be a part of the 2026 Patch Barracks Tech Expo must obtain and submit a background check. To get a background check, contact your local law enforcement agency such as the police department, sheriff’s department, and/or state police. Tell the agency’s staff that you want a background check. Please reference the following memo for additional information: Background Check Memo.

Update your exhibitor profile to include your company description, representatives, key technologies, and contact details. This information will be used to populate your online exhibitor listing as well as the printed program guide.
Once you are logged in, you will see the option to manage different events that your company has registered to attend. Because each event contains its own specific fields, the information will not copy over from one event to the next and you will need to edit each of the events individually.

GETTING THERE
You may go directly to the Gate for access. You must use lane #1 (far left lane), this is the only lane that will be able to process your access to the installation. Show your ID and tell the guard you are on the Access Roster for the Tech Expo.
If you have a DoD ID Card (i.e. CAC or retired military ID) you should also be able to access base by showing that to the gate guard and they will scan it.
Please allow extra time to pass through the gate in the morning.
