Submit Exhibitor Representatives
Please provide the names of your exhibitor representatives by Wednesday, October 28 to ensure their name badges are ready for the event.
Tech Talks
Tech Talk submissions are now being accepted for the Innovation Day at Fort Huachuca. Presentations should be unclassified, educational, and topic focused. Submissions are due by Friday 23 October.
Exhibitor Portal
Update your exhibitor profile to include your company description, representatives, key technologies, and contact details. This information will be used to populate your online exhibitor listing as well as the printed program guide.
Once you are logged in, you will see the option to manage different events that your company has registered to attend. Because each event contains its own specific fields, the information will not copy over from one event to the next and you will need to edit each of the events individually.
GETTING THERE
Installation Access
Visitors without a DoW ID
Obtain a pass at the Van Deman Gate Visitor Control Center (VCC). Bring a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or government-issued photo ID to initiate the background check. State your purpose as Innovation Day at the Murr Community Center. Upon successful completion of the background check, you will be issued a pass. We strongly recommend getting your pass the day before the event to avoid delays.
Visitors with a DoW ID
Individuals with a CAC, military ID, military family member ID, Gold Star/Survivor Access ID, or other valid DoW credential may enter using their credential and do not need to visit the VCC.
Non-U.S. Citizens
Non-U.S. citizens cannot participate in the Innovation Day because they require a DoW ID holder to escort them while on the installation, and neither the event host nor NCSI can provide an escort.

Visitor Control Center Hours
Monday-Friday 5:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
From the Van Deman Gate to the Murr Community Center
- Enter Fort Huachuca through the Van Deman Gate
- Continue straight on Hatfield Street for 2 miles
- Turn right onto Winans Ave
- Make 2nd right on Coronado Avenue
- Turn left into the parking lot of the Murr Community Center
Rideshare
Exhibitors must have their own personal or rental vehicle to enter the installation, or can make arrangements to ride with other participating exhibitors. Do not plan to utilize rideshare services to enter the installation as rideshare drivers are not approved for access.
