You must be a registered exhibitor to participate in this event.

This information is used to create your exhibitor name badge. You may register up to three (3) representatives per table. This information is due no later than Friday, October 3.

Individuals with a common access card (CAC), military ID, military family member ID, Gold Star/Survivor Access ID, or other valid Department of Defense (DoD) credential, are permitted access to Fort Huachuca.

Non-U.S. citizens must be escorted at all times by someone with a DoD ID card while on the installation. Access will not be granted without an escort. NCSI cannot provide an escort.

If you do not have a CAC (Common Access Card), you must complete a background check and have an installation access badge issued. Bring a valid driver’s license or government-issued photo identification to the Visitor Control Center (VCC) located at the Van Deman Gateon Hatfield St, Sierra Vista, AZ 85613, northeast of the post. All visitors must present a REAL ID Act-compliant identification to initiate the background check. The guard will ask you the purpose and location of your visit, to which you reply Innovation Day at the Murr Community Center. You will be issued a badge upon completion. It is strongly encouraged to get your badge the day before the event as the VC gets very busy.

Saturday - Sunday  8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Update your exhibitor profile to include your company description, representatives, key technologies, and contact details. This information will be used to populate your online exhibitor listing as well as the printed program guide. Once you are logged in, you will see the option to manage different events that your company has registered to attend. Because each event contains its own specific fields, the information will not copy over from one event to the next and you will need to edit each of the events individually.
