EXHIBIT CHECKLIST

Please register exhibitor representatives ahead of time using the above link. You may submit up to three representatives per table. This information is due no later than Friday, January 26.

In addition to submitting your information please follow the below instructions for your base pass:

  • To receive a Visitor Access Pass, please complete the unsponsored application. Link to application here.
  • This will minimize your wait time when in the Visitor Center. Visitors who decide to complete an application on arrival will expect longer wait times, between 5-15 minutes. Unsponsored passes are for 90 days and can be renewed. This pass is valid through Tulley or Lieber Gate.
  • The application must be completed fully and legible. Forms that are illegible or not fully completed cannot be processed. Please note, the applicant’s Social Security Number (SSN) is required. Visitors who use their state-issued driver’s license or state-issued identification card information on their application can apply for the expedited service. All others will process through the Visitor Center on arrival.
  • Complete the application and email it to the Visitor Control Center at USARMY.BELVOIR.IMCOM-ATLANTIC.MBX.DES-VISITOR-CONTROL-CENTER@ARMY.MIL.

Please Note:

  • NCSI cannot guarantee installation access if an exhibiting company fails to submit complete security information on time for its representatives.
  • This installation has the right to deny access to an event participant for any reason.
  • If you are not a U.S. Citizen please contact NCSI.
  • Please ensure you have a federally compliant REAL ID.

3. Log in to the Exhibitor Portal

Update your exhibitor profile to include your company description, representatives, key technologies, and contact details. This information will be used to populate your online exhibitor listing as well as the printed program guide.

Once you are logged in, you will see the option to manage different events that your company has registered to attend. Because each event contains its own specific fields, the information will not copy over from one event to the next and you will need to edit each of the events individually.
