You must be a registered exhibitor to participate in this event.
Submit Security
Security information is needed for each exhibitor representative in order to gain installation access. This information is due no later than Friday, 5 June.
- You may register up to three (3) representatives per table.
- NCSI cannot guarantee installation access if an exhibiting company fails to submit completed security information on time for its representatives.
- This installation has the right to deny access to an event participant for any reason.
- If you are not a U.S. Citizen please contact NCSI.
- Please ensure you have a federally compliant REAL ID.

Exhibitor Portal
Update your exhibitor profile to include your company description, representatives, key technologies, and contact details. This information will be used to populate your online exhibitor listing as well as the printed program guide.
Once you are logged in, you will see the option to manage different events that your company has registered to attend. Because each event contains its own specific fields, the information will not copy over from one event to the next and you will need to edit each of the events individually.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is not guaranteed by the venue, nor by NCSI. Exhibitors are encouraged to provide their own Wi-Fi if needed for their displays.

From the Main Gate to the Wiesbaden Fitness Center
- After getting through the gate, go past the roundabout on your left
- Take an immediate left and drive past a small booth
- Keep straight and turn left on Wheaton Ave
- Drive to the end of Wheaton and turn right on Flugplatz Erbenheim
- Turn right onto Crites Ave and follow it down to the parking lot
- The Fitness Center will be on your right as you drive down the road
Ride Share Services
Exhibitors must have their own personal or rental vehicle to enter the installation, or can make arrangements to ride with other participating exhibitors. Do not plan to utilize rideshare services to enter the installation as rideshare drivers are not approved for access.
Installation Access
The access list for the event will be at the Main Gate in the far-right lane only on Thursday from 7:00-9:00 AM. Please be prepared to show your passport. If you arrive outside of this window, you will have to go to the Lucius D. Clay Kaserne Visitor Center to pick up a pass. If you have a DoD ID Card (i.e. CAC or retired military ID) you should be able to access the base by showing that to the gate guard and they will scan it.
