Exhibitor representative information is needed for all reps staffing the table. You may submit up to three representatives per table. This information is also used to create your exhibitor name badge. This information is due no later than Wednesday, March 11.

Update your exhibitor profile to include your company description, representatives, key technologies, and contact details. This information will be used to populate your online exhibitor listing as well as the printed program guide.
Once you are logged in, you will see the option to manage different events that your company has registered to attend. Because each event contains its own specific fields, the information will not copy over from one event to the next and you will need to edit each of the events individually.

GETTING THERE
Please note the Hope Hotel is located directly off base, right outside of gate 12A. You do not go through the gate. You will also want to enter through the Conference Center lobby not the hotel lobby.

Please do not ship packages to this space as they are unable to accept them. We recommend shipping to your hotel instead. The venue does not have a loading dock, please plan deliveries accordingly to fit through doorways and common areas.
