EXHIBITOR SECURITY

Exhibitors without their own access to Vandenberg SFB must complete MULTIPLE steps below:

• STEP 1: Complete pre-enrollment DBIDS form through Vandenberg (here) on or after Oct 22, 2025.
  • Sponsor information provided in separate email
  • List Reason for Visit as Tech Expo
  • List Dates of Visit as 11/18/25 -11/19/25 (this will allow you to pick up a physical pass the day before the event)
• STEP 2: Submit security information to NCSI (here), along with 6 digit DBIDS code received after completing Step 1 and front & back picture of REAL ID.

Getting on Base

If you do not have your own access to base, you must go to the Visitor Center to pick up your pass. The Visitor Center is open Monday – Friday 6 am – 6pm. We highly recommend you pick up your pass the day before the event to avoid delays the morning of the Expo. Let them know you’re on the Vandenberg SFB Tech Expo EAL.

• You will need to show 2 forms of REAL Compliant valid license/IDs, if you do not have a REAL Compliant ID, you will need to show a valid passport.
• You will need to provide valid vehicle registration and proof of insurance.
  
• If you are driving a rental vehicle, double check you have the car registration and proof of insurance for the rental vehicle when picking up your vehicle; the base will not be accepting rental agreements as vehicle registration and proof of insurance.
