Please complete the exhibitor profile form one week prior to your event so we can create your Digital Exhibitor Profile. There is space for one main exhibitor contact that will be featured on your company’s profile and one additional rep that will also receive the MS Teams link for your live demo. (This should be the 1-2 presenters who normally would staff your in-person table.)
A few days before the event you will be provided with the link for the Microsoft Teams Live Virtual Demos. During the Live Demos you will have the opportunity to present your products and services for a few minutes to leadership and personnel. You may share your screen and a presentation, set up a mock booth and present from there, or just speak directly with the group. Once you get the Teams link, feel free to invite your customers to the Live Industry Demos, as well as the Online Exhibit Hall.
