You must be a registered exhibitor to participate in this event.
 Submit Security
Security information is needed for each exhibitor representative in order to gain installation access. This information is also used to create your exhibitor name badge. Deadline: Friday, February 27.
- You may register up to three (3) representatives per table.Â
- NCSI cannot guarantee installation access if an exhibiting company fails to submit completed security information on time for its representatives.
- This installation has the right to deny access to an event participant for any reason.
- If you are not a U.S. Citizen please contact NCSI.
- Please ensure you have a federally compliant REAL ID.

Update your exhibitor profile to include your company description, representatives, key technologies, and contact details. This information will be used to populate your online exhibitor listing as well as the printed program guide.
Once you are logged in, you will see the option to manage different events that your company has registered to attend. Because each event contains its own specific fields, the information will not copy over from one event to the next and you will need to edit each of the events individually.
TECH TALKS
Tech Talk submissions are now being accepted for the Hurlburt Field Innovation Day & Tech Expo!
Topics include:
- 3D Technology: Printing, Scanning, Modeling, Design, Visualization, Simulation, VR/AR, etc.
- Artificial Intelligence (AI): Generative AI, Autonomous Systems, Logistics & Predictive Maintenance, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), etc.
Details:
Your Tech Talk must be UNCLASSIFIED, educational, and not a sales pitch or product demonstration. The Tech Talks will take place concurrently with the exhibits on Tuesday 17 March and should align with the topics listed above. Each Tech Talk will be limited to 30 minutes for your presentation and 10 minutes for Q&A for a total of 40 minutes. Attendees will have the opportunity to earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for their participation. Please note: To be eligible as a speaker, you must be a registered exhibitor.

GETTING THERE
Exhibitors entering the installation by use of the access roster must use lane #1 (far left lane) at the Main Gate. Show the gate guard your identification and let them know your name is on the Tech Expo Access Roster.
Please allow extra time to pass through the gate in the morning.

- Pass through the Soundside Gate on Champaign Street. Please have a photo ID ready and mention you are on the Base EAL for the Tech Expo
- Once through, take the second exit off of the roundabout
- Continue on this road for about half a mile, The Soundside Club will be ahead on your right
