Build Resiliency by Strengthening Collaboration Across the Photogrammetry, 3D Visualization, and Lidar (P3DL) Community

The Photogrammetry, 3D Visualization, and Lidar (P3DL) Community of Practice Conference will be taking place August 7-10, 2023. This is a joint conference between Photogrammetry and 3D Visualization CoP and the Lidar/3D CoP.

The goal of the conference is to collaboratively drive innovation and explore capabilities for precision geopositioning/targeting, precision mensuration, 3D visualization, lidar, and 3D data related technologies to help answer current and emerging DoD and IC needs. Attendees from across the U.S. government, academia, and industry are invited to collaborate on innovations in sensor advancement, algorithm development, and tradecraft. We endeavor to create an environment where participants can discuss successes and challenges, and exchange ideas on future work.

This year’s event will be in held in person at NGA Campus East (NCE) as well as available virtually to attend. It will feature an in person unclassified Technology Expo on August 7, open to all conference attendees and NGA personnel. Industry partners are encouraged to showcase the latest technologies and innovations to compliment the topics discussed throughout the conference. The first two days of the conference will be unclassified sessions which will be held in person as well as on WebEx. The last two days will be classified sessions and will be held in person as well as have a simultaneous IC Connect.
