Event Guidelines

Social Distancing: Keep your distance from others, no handshaking, and all events will comply with room capacity restrictions and guidelines.

Sanitization: Hand sanitizer will be readily available and any high touch surfaces will be disinfected frequently.

Protective Equipment: Cover your mouth and nose with a cloth face cover when around others.

Registration: At least 6 feet between attendees registering and completely contactless. Pre-registration is highly recommended, it’s fast, easy, and can be done directly from your computer!

Room Layout: The room layout will be redesigned to reflect a distance of 6 feet between exhibit tables. One way traffic down the aisles.

Refreshments: No more self-service. All refreshments will be served by staff or pre-packaged food.
